I have tried many of Rachel's recipes, and this one is absolutely delicious----and truly 30 minutes worth of labor. My husband and I both thought it was a "keeper". The spices add so much flavor. Next time I might add raisins and toasted coconut to the top. Yum!

I saw this episode last Saturday morning, and just had to have it that night. The recipe had not yet been posted online, but I remembered most of the amounts. My husband and I enjoy lamb (I am Australian - where the best lamb comes from! and this was a real winner. Easy and so fragrant. I would recommed to anyone! To make it even quicker, I used a Near East Pine Nut CousCous that you can buy in the super market.

I love Rachel and her shows. I've tried most of her recipes but this is my first review. Why? Because my husband usually doesn't like "sweet" and savory together but he really enjoyed this dish. I will probably use less dates next time, and use rice instead of the couscous simply because we're a rice family. But the lamb was great. I did have to cook it longer than the 7 minutes. Overall, I will make this again.

This was my first attempt at a Rachael Ray recipe, and it was fantastic. After a failed attempt at making an authentic Indian dish, I happened to have all of these spices on hand, and decided to give this recipe a shot. It was extremely quick and easy. Not too hot, not too sweet. I used chicken breast instead of lamb, and it turned out very juicy and tender. The dates were heavenly. I will certainly make this again, probably in the very near future.

An ease international midweek dinner. I recommended less dates for the plate be more savory and less sweet. Also I add the dates to early in the dish, my mistake. This dish, it?s a winner.
