I made this yesterday with steak and the potatoes were tender and creamy and had a wonderful taste. I used garlic powder because I did not have fresh garlic. They turned out so good that everyone wants me to make them again. Will definitely do this recipe, it is so easy and fast.

I read the reviews that were here and used all of the tips to make the potatoes turn out great. I just waited to put the garlic on until the very end and everything turned out just fine. I now make this dish all of the time and everyone loves it.

Very easy to make for weeknights or a last minute meal. I didn't use garlic but I did use kosher salt along with the pepper and it was delicious. I mixed all the ingredients in a bowl before putting them into the oven; just to make sure that everything was well-coated.

I love garlic. I love this recipe. So easy and so yummy. However I turn the oven back to 400 and mix in the garlic at the half baked point. Works every time. Deelish!

This was such a simple recipe, and they came out delicious. As other reviewers posted, the garlic burns at this high temp, but in my opinion it did not affect the flavor. I made extra and used them for home fries the next morning. WONDERFUL...

Thanks Rachel for another great one!

Easy to make. Instead of fresh garlic, I used garlic powder along with salt, pepper and olive oil. I'll make these again.

These potatoes could not be more easy or more delicious! I've made them 3 times now, both for everyday family dinners and even once for entertaining. They don't disappoint. Yummy!
