I hadn't read the reviews prior to making this dish, so I was confused about what to do with the roasted garlic, so I didn't even roast it. I can see it tasting MUCH better with the roasted garlic, but I didn't like the consistency. I will be trying this again soon!

Love it. Great flavor - wonderful with Pita Chips. I've made it twice now and it is a big hit at the party!

It was just okay. I didn't like the consistency. I wanted it to be smoother but couldn't get it even after a long time in the Cuisinart.

I liked this, after adding the roasted garlic into the dip. Also added a bit more heat. Otherwise fine as is.

Overall this appetizer was excellent. I followed the recipe exactly. I even served with with the bulb of roasted garlic. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. When making the dip I was confused, as were others, about whether or not to add the roasted garlic to the dip. As I mentioned, I ended up serving it as a whole bulb. Also I agree with others that the walnuts added a gritty texture. Because of this I ended up running the food processor for about 2 or 3 minutes straight in order to get it completely smooth. By this time you couldn't even tell that walnuts were in the dip. You couldn't really tell that it was feta either. BUT.....it tasted great and in the end that's all that mattered.
