Followed this recipe exactly. The jalapeno was over powering and the stuffing was weak in flavor. Breading would have made it better.

My mother loved them! I made them after eating filling food after our trip to Alaska. I did add bread crumbs on top with a little evvo. The tops became a little crispy. I also added salt and pepper in the mixture. Great recipe Rachael!

I had a surplus of Jalaenos from my garden and needed to find something to do with them. This is an excellent recipe. Very easy and quick. I really like the fact that these are baked and not fried. Saves some of the fat calories. I used a low fat cheese and still worked great. Also used egg substitue.

I made these for Superbowl. They were super easy and I really like the addition of the cilantro. Unfortunately, I made a second recipe for poppers from this site with chorizo and those poppers totally blew these out of the water. If I make these again I will add some hot sauce in the stuffing.

These are fantastic. I left out the cilantro and added a little bacon and salt and pepper and topped them with panko. We used Anaheim chilies and Poblanos.

These are DELICIOUS and easy to make. Definitely a crowd pleaser...and the leftover filling is good on crackers.

Great recipe everyone loved them. And surprisingly not overly spicy. Making them again this weekend.

I was looking for a vegetarian appetizer to bring to a house-warming party. I saw Rachael make these and thought they would be perfect. I made a double batch, which is good because they were all gone by the end of the party.

There was some leftover cheese mixture. I saved it and later put it on top of a burger. It was sooooo good!
