This is so delicious! I just love it! And it makes great left overs. A total comfort food. I have made it as a main dish and today I have prepped to be completed on Christmas as a side for our beef tenderloin. I can't wait! Thank you Rachael Ray!

As my son says "It's Rachel Ray - you can't go wrong" And how right he is. This was so amazingly yummy! We served it as a side on Thanksgiving and it can easily be the star of any meal as a main course. Normally, I tweak a recipe as I go along, but I prepared this as Rachel suggests. Just wonderful! Well, the only addition was mushroom gravy but only because I had that prepared anyway for another dish. I wouldn't change a thing!!
