I was trying to find something different to do with potatoes. I found this recipe and thought I would try it. I loved it. I can't wait to fix it again. It will be a new favorite.

I wanted to make a nice dinner for my husband on a special occasion, so I got some ribeye steaks ( I used Alton brown's pan searing method mmm and made these potatoes. They were delicious and easy, and I made my husband very happy.

I followed recipe. Used regular paprika as I did not sweet. I also sprinkled alittle of garlic powder... Everyone loved it.. Definately would make again.

I've noticed that the people that gave this dish a lower rating either didn't like the flavor of red potatoes or paprika, or said the roasting times were inaccurate..
That is irrelevant if you ask me..
The dish is great! Good job Rachel !!

The potatoes are delicious but they did take much longer to cook and they needed more olive oil, otherwise they would start sticking to the pan.

Some of the reviewers said that their potatoes needed more time to cook, mine didn't. They were all a little bigger than 2" and cut in half. I didn't realize that red potatoes taste so different. I'll try this with other potatoes next time. This was good, but nothing really special. A little bland.
