    The potatoes need to be cooked longer so they are soft, other than that this was wonderfull for dinner and left overs were even better.

    I didn't relize red potatos tasted so different. I made this to take to a family get together. It seemed to go pretty good, but personly I didn't like the taste of the red potato. next time I made it with regular ones and it turned out better.

    This dish is simple, yet tasty. The sweet paprika, along with a unique flavor, makes the potatoes a beautiful golden brown color. Definitely a keeper!

    Have also made these for years with a small amount of olive oil to coat and then with a sprinkling of a variety of herbs, salt & pepper. Much healthier and you can eat more of them with less guilt.
