    my husband loves my hummus, even more than the ones at restaurants... he said this was even better than my original hummus

    I tried this because we love roasted peppers and we are fans of hummus, believe it or not. But, quite honestly, after all the effort we think the store-bought roasted pepper hummus that we are able to get near the deli section in our market is much better.

    I made this for a New Year's Eve party and it turned out so yummy. The roasted red peppers added such a great flavor. I'll be making it all the time when I want a healthy snack! I served it with Triscuit crackers and pita bread. As Rachael would say...Yumm-o!

    I would recommend not using raw green beans, zucchini, and red pepper but cucumbers, celery sticks, broccoli, cauliflower, and cherry tomotoes.

    I don't ever use peppers from a jar--I always roast my own, but this hummus is amazing. I've made it several times and it's always been a hit.
