    I loved these veggies, and so did my son, but I think next time I'll use something other than the poultry seasoning.

    I only used half the onion and cut back on the mushrooms a little, then I wasn't paying attention and used all the oil the recipe called for, so it was a bit oily. Not too bad. I wasn't all about the poultry seasoning, though. I think Thyme would have been better.

    Is Rachael sponsored by a spice company that only markets nutmeg, poultry seasoning, and grill seasoning? This would have been okay with some oregano or basil - not poultry seasoning.

    Talk about making squash and veggies real yummy! This was a big hit! It was a great way to get vegetables a brand new spin -I made this with Salmon in Foil and it really enhanced the salmon!

    my boyfriend and i were hungry one night and i realized i had everything for this recipe in my fridge, but i was unsure if my health phobic boyfriend would like it. I was suprised how good this simple recipe was i'll make it all the time now

    I have made this twice and agree with previous reviewers that the poultry seasoning should be cut in half. I substituted portabella mushrooms and it was awesome. Thanks for such an easy recipe!

    These vegetables just melt in your mouth they are so good. I never knew veggies could be so flavorful! On top of how delicious they are, they are the easiest thing I have ever cooked.
