    Delicious recipe, however, TV ingredients included mint and flat leaf parsley. These are definite "Must-haves" in the bruschetta.

    This was really good and you get a nice product for little effort. But, I feel like it's missing some kind of layer of flavor. I think next time I will put a slice of fresh mozzarella onto the bread and stick it under the broiler again. Though, the tomato topping might slide around on the cheese. Overall, nice for little effort and really loved how juicy the tomato topping was.

    Made this twice -- outstanding -- the third time, I added some shredded mozzarella and a touch of balsamic vinegar -- soooo good

    As Rachael would say YUMMO! I made this last week and because I'm still getting great red and yellow cherry tomatoes from the farmers' market I will make it again tonight to go with my pesto on bowties dinner
