    This was the 2nd time I've made it and it's great. I think the dressing would be great on a sandwich. It's very easy and worked well in the blender. Didn't even need to pull out the food processor.

    My wife did not like it, but I think I did not drizzle in enough evoo. Yes I think some garlic would make this a great dressing.
