I'm not a big Rachel fan and I happend to land on this show while cruising channels looking for my Chief's game. I made this dressing and it was good. I love garlic, so anything made with it can't be bad! I would, however, use a lettuce mix and some chicken along with the drssing. It is a little overpowering with just the garlic dressing alone. There just aren't enough other things going on with only romaine.

This is merely lettuce with garlic dressing. I thought it was very overpowering and kind of uncreative. If you're going to make it, at least use some tri color greens...there's no nutritional value in Romaine lettuce.
