I used a pound of red snapper fillets. remainder of recipe unchanged. Easy enough for a weeknight, a good family dinner. Sauce was very tasty. Made a lot so I will freeze remainder for another fish or chicken dinner. Will make again.

This is a winner. That sauce is so incredibly delicious...I could drink it! The recipe makes a LOT of sauce so I think there's actually 2 meals out of it. I'll sauté up some chicken filets and use the sauce with them. So good!

This sauce is amazing!! I made the full recipe even though I was only cooking for two. The sauce was very easy to make as long as you have a good blender or food processor. I covered the bottom of a plate with the sauce and put the fish on top. The rosemary infused oil gave the fish a delicious flavor even without the sauce. The side I made was a wild mushroom ravioli which I placed around the fish. Garnished with a rosemary sprig and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. It looked beautiful and tasted even better. After the fish and ravioli was gone, my husband brought out some bread to sop up all the leftover sauce. This is definitely a keeper!!

I normally don't like fish but this was amazing. The sauce is fantastic and compliments the fish nicely!! This is a winner!

Great sauce, and so easy. I served it over a beautiful Florida snapper a friend had just caught. Since I keep a small herb garden, it was easy and quick to put together. Thanks, Rachael and foodtv

Wow, the sauce is absolutely fabulous!! I would never have thought to put all these ingredients together for a sauce, but it really works. I forgot to score the fish so when I turned it over on it's skin, it curled, took some work but I got it scored and it was okay. You've done it again Rachael!!! Thank you.

This, my friend, is one of the best meals I have ever had, and the best part was that "I" made it! Wow. So easy and increadibly delicious! I didn't add enough stale bread so the sauce was a bit runny and it was still awesome! Yes!
