Ingredients
  • 1 pint butter pecan ice cream
  • 4 jiggers spiced rum (recommended: Captain Morgan)
  • Cold root beer
Directions

Pour spiced rum into a tall glass and top with root beer. Place a scoop of ice cream on rim of glass and serve with a long spoon and a straw.
