Outstanding! I make the Warm Spinach Salad w/pancetta all the time, but all three dishes together are fabulous and easy to make! Thanks Rachel for the great recipes!!

I made this meal the other night for my husband and myself and thought it was a little difficult. I have a small stove so it made it difficult to move around and get everthing going so that everything came together on time. The rosemary chicken breasts were amazing, as well as the brown butter balsamic ravioli, but the spinach salad with pancetta and sweet vinaigrette was awful. I think I may have cooked the shallots a little to long so they tasted terrible and ruined the whole salad. Other then that the mean was really great! I will definitely make the chicken and ravioli again!

Over all it wasn't bad. I felt like the chicken recipe called for way too much rosemary. I would really scale it back. I also didn't care for the butter sauce on the ravioli. It's not that it tasted bad..it was just too greasy for me. Instead of the spinach, I used a fresh tomato/onion salad with basil and mozarella. I had a ton of tomatoes left over from our garden. It went nicely with the meal. If you're trying to impress, the entire meal looks beautiful on your plate. I would just suggest tweeking it to fit your own tastes.

My family of 7 adults loved this menu! They asked for a dinner of just the brown butter ravioli next time. I used mushroom ravioli and it was amazing! I garnished with sliced almonds for crunch. The chicken was wonderful and looked beautiful.

Loved this recipe. Cooked the spinach first and made my own spinach and ricotta ravioli using the sweet vinagerette spinach from the recipe. Served with fresh asparagas steamed in lemon and rosemary. Will definitely make this again. Will also make the spinach ravioli in bulk so I can freeze some to have whenever the mood strikes!

This was absolutely amazing! A little work to keep up with everything because I am VERY inexperienced but it was soooo worth it.

I was very pleased with all of the components of this dish! I used frozen pumpkin ravioli and fresh wild mushroom ravioli, and added a bit more balsamic. For the chicken, I marinated for about 2 hours, deglazed with white wine, and added more balsamic as I finished cooking over a lower heat. I also minced the garlic to cook with the chicken in a tbsp or two of olive oil. For the spinach, I used bacon instead of pancetta-- our only complaint was slightly overwilted spinach and not enough dressing. All in all- tasted expensive and delicious. Next time, I will marinate the chicken longer and add a bit of garlic and perhaps red onion to the salad. Yum! (the ravioli was scrumptious!!
