This is was a good recipe. The star is definitely the ravioli. I would recommend using a mushroom ravioli rather than cheese. The chicken breast was pretty flavorful and turned a really nice color with the vinegar. In Rachael's cookbook, she pairs this with a tomato and onion salad rather than the spinach. I did the tomato and onion salad and added garlic, fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar to it - it was really nice to have something fresh and cold along with the hot chicken and pasta. Overall, easy and really good!

My sons made the chicken and ravioli for Mothers' Day (I don't eat pork, so they just left out the spinach altogether. Wow, so good! I love rosemary, and with the balsamic vinegar, it was just incredible. The ravioli they bought had broccoli and cheese inside, and it was so delicious made this way! They served the meal with more broccoli, so it was fantastic. I will definitely be making this again. Oh, we used regular Parmigian, rather than splurging on a chunk of Parm-Reggiano. And I think 1/4 c. of parsley is too much; they used about half of it.

Made the chicken and spinach salad which were very good. Little too much rosemary flavor. Nice easy dish!

WOW! This recipe was incredible. This is the first time cooking a whole meal by myself and it made me look like a chef :-. Made it for my husband and he loved it. I caught him licking his fingers. It was really easy. He didn't think he was going to like the spinach but he finished his whole plate and started eating from mine. I even surprised myself! Thank you and will do again :-

This is soooo great! I wasn't a big fan of the spinach salad but the chicken and ravioli come out perfect every time. I usually add asparagus or green beans to it instead of the spinach. The ravioli needs a bit more balsamic as it cooks but it always comes out perfect. Butter can be tough to brown and not burn but if you watch it constantly it's easy. The chicken always comes out juicy by just following the recipe. One of the new favs in this house!

Fantastic! We loved everything about this meal....except that there were no leftover. Our 1-year old even cleaned her plate. A definite to add to the favorite file!

I can do without the chicken, but this ravioli is outrageously delicious. I use it as a side dish to a couple of meals, now (the best pairing is with a lemon herb chicken. Sometimes I even make it as the main course. A great recipe to impress your friends with.

I use Foodnetwork recipes too often to review everything. But this chicken recipe was the bomb. I placed the chicken breast in a bowl and drizzled the vinegar over and let rest a few minutes. Then dumped out the residual, sprinkled with olive oil and ground rosemary, browned in a hot skillet, perfect!
