    Oh WOW!!!! This dish was INCREDIBLE!!! I cooked the chicken, ravioli and salad for New Years Eve dinner and I had to send my husband to buy more chicken and pasta to make more because my guests LOVED IT. I was afraid of the balsamic vinegar because it goes on everything and it has such a strong flavor but as long as you keep to the exact measurements of the recipe you'll be fine.
    Directions are easy to follow as long as you can multitask. I found it easy to make.

    This review is for the chicken portion of the dish only, as that's the only part I made.

    Chicken was flavorful on the outside, but a bit bland on the inside, even though I butterflied the chicken in advance in order to try to avoid this problem. Overall, a so-so dish and pretty easy to make, but I'm not that impressed by the flavors - probably won't make this again

    So delicious and easy.. only made the chicken and served with smashed parmesan potatoes and roasted asparagus. marinated the chicken for a few hours before cooking. my boyfriend even said it looked easy enough for him to try next time.

    This is an excellent recipe! I added some toasted pine nuts to the ravioli and it was absolutley delicious! The pine nuts really put this meal over the top.

    I subbed bacon for pancetta; diced garlic for whole garlic, and sage for the rosemary. Also added sliced baby bella mushrooms to the salad and used butternut squash ravioli. Dinner was fantastic!
