Sitting in front of the TV one day, about 6 or 7 years ago I happened to catch this 30 minute show. Rachel was so fun to watch, and the meal looked so wonderful, but I couldn't believe it would only take me 30 minutes to prepare. I sat and watched the whole show, went to my computer and printed the recipes. I was going to try to cook the whole meal on this show, and see if it really only took me 30 minutes, and if it would taste as good as it looked.

Rushed to the store, got all the ingredients and rushed home. It took me 32 minutes!! And it was the best meal I had ever cooked. I would say 32 minutes is a very exceptional time for this endeavor! I have been a Rachel Ray fan ever since. It has literately changed my life! My kids looked at me differently! I continued to watch and cook more meals by Rachel Ray! It also gave me more confidence to expand and try new ingredients, and to watch and try other show's and recipes on the FoodNetwork channel!

This meal has become a tradition in my family. My kids are grown, but when we come over for dinner, they will ask me, "Mom, can you make your rosemary chicken?" Thanks Rachel Ray!

I have to admit, I did not have extremey high hopes for this recipe. I thought it sounded a bit boring. But, I had the ingredients so I decided to give it a chance. I have made it twice in 2 weeks and I have been so pleased each time. Even my husband likes it! I did not make the salad and I used a light whole wheat cheese ravioli. The balsamic glaze tastes so good and it's a change from the typical tomato sauce I add to pasta. This has become one of my favorites and I will make it many more times. This is great as a leftover too...I have found myself hoarding it from my hubby. Thanks Rachael!

I only did the chicken becuase I was looking for a great protein to accompany my gourmet mac and cheese dinner from Ina and this was PERFECT! I sliced the breast into smaller, thinner pieces b/c I was afraid the chicken would not cook all the way through without burning the outside of the chicken first. I marinated longer than suggested b/c I had time and after the marinated chicken was in my hot pan sizlzling away, I threw in a tablespoon more of olive oil and then added a turn of the pan of white wine since my chicken was browning too quickly. I covered it up and slowly cooked the wine down. The result was super moist and flavor chicken!! WIll do this again and again. So simple, easy & tasty. Highly recommend this chicken to go with any many different pasta dishes!

I tried this recipe last night! I have just started to get into cooking and I have tried a lot of Rachel Rays recipes. I thought this might be a little tricky (because the name makes it sound so elegant, thus complicated but it wasn't at all. It took me 40 minutes to make. (not too bad considering I have no skills in the kitchen I used bacon instead of pancetta because I had some at home and was trying to save a few bucks. It was wonderful. My husband said it was one of his all time favorites now, and wants me to make it for him again very soon! It really was pretty simple and had a wonderful flavor throughout the whole meal!

Just made this meal for 6....everyone loved it. I switched the Ravioli for Gnocchi b/c my sister doesn't like Rav's, but it was delish. Used every pot in the kitchen but was well worth it b/c someone else is doing the dishes! Enjoy!

I loved the flavors of this recipe and how it wasn't just one item, but compiled a whole meal. My favorite part was the ravioli. I don't eat spinach, but my parents loved it! I followed the recipe exactly and it all worked out great!

This recipe is delicious. My favorite part of the entire meal is definitely the ravioli. So good! I'm not a big fan of rosemary, so I substitute it with parsley. Still very good.

I love this recipe. I use pumpkin ravioli and the sweetness really compliments all the balsamic. The chicken is awesome! Rosemary and balsamic are delicious together, perfect meal!

I fixed this meal this evening. The greens were great, had my 3 kids and boyfriend eating them up, left me nothing! The chicken was okay with the pasta. I will cook the greens again, but with something else, seemed like an odd combo. My 12 year old rates this as a 3 star meal. The chicken did have a nice flavor.
