The balsamic ravioli is reeeeeeally tasty... Very savory. Absolutely loved it and was a big hit with my husband and our friends.

Chicken was good, but nothing to write home about. I think I may have overcooked it a little so it was a bit dry...

Once a month we get together with another couple and do a "fancy" wine dinner. It was our turn to host and I made this meal to serve along with Pinot Noir. The food was fabulous! Everyone's favorite part was the warm spinach salad (and my husband doesn't like cooked spinach!. Definately make this one!!!

This is a fantastic recipe. Wonderful for anyone who is a fan of good balsamic vinaigrette. Please please please make this recipe with a GOOD vinaigrette, otherwise you won't do the dish justice! The chicken is flavorful (I marinated longer, with more garlic : , the ravioli is perfect, and the salad is a perfect paring. This dish was so satisfying I didn't even need dessert!

The meal was easy to make. My friend and I rarely cook and decided to try this meal out for a stay-at-home dinner. After shopping for supplies and arguing with the deli people that Prochetto was a Bacon and NOT a cheese. We cooked away! The meal was fun and tasted good too! The only down fall and this may have been our fault, was the spinach was a little too wilted and after using a whold bag of spinach, we had enough to give 1/3 cup for each of the four servings. Regardless, VERY YUMMY!

I loved this. Just watch for the glaze on the chicken "burning." If you are not careful you will blackened chicken. The Raviolis are SO incredible. I love Balsamic but never thought the two would work so well.

This chicken recipe is a hit in my house. My family loves how tender and juicy the chicken comes out!

Even on a work night this is a great dish to make, and then EAT! Love it! It is also a great dinner party dish, simple and good.

My husband and I enjoyed this meal; the chicken was great the next day in a sandwich. I would suggest pounding the breasts out slightly to create a uniform thickness so you have evenly cooked chicken. Thanks, Rachael!

This was very, very good. Uses a lot of pans so that clean up isn't easy, but it's quick and the flavor is wonderful.
