This is a keeper. I bought my sirloin steaks at Costco (got the prime, and I have arugula in pots on my deck, and so I tried it. Very easy, healthy, and quick! Try it!

I was not sure how the arugula would taste on the steak, but it was so delicious! I cooked Rachael Ray's spinach stuffed tomatoes along with the garlic steak and the meal turned out wonderful. My husband said that this taste like something you'd order in a restaurant. It was a great success and the flavor's were wonderful =

I made this for the first time this evening and served it to my mom who couldn't stop talking about the "wonderful flavors." I must say, it was one of the best meals I have put on the table in a while. Thanks, Rachael... this will become one of my "go to" recipes. I can't wait to make it for my husband. Incidentally, I used t-bone steak (because my grocer had it on sale, and I would definitely do so again. I'm not sure I would even try the sirloin... the t-bone was so tender and moist. The arugula salad was an excellent complement.

I loved this recipe! Tonight I had it with my family... instead of just the arugula we mixed it with baby spinach! My dad grilled it on the grill and we had it with red potatoes and rosemary. We went a little heavy on the black pepper but it ended up balancing the lemon and the bitterness of the arugula. I recommend more black pepper if you make this! This is a wonderful recipe and i really recommend it!!!!
