    Having always been a chicken "breast" person, I wasn't sure I would like this recipe. I tried it and it was wonderful. My family loved it. It was easy to make and very good.

    This is a perfect recipe. It has a strong red wine and mushroom sauce and presents well for family or guests. It does take a little longer to prepare.
