Made these for NYE last night, and they were very good! Used about 2.5 lbs of sausage, threw in a random amount of sage and cooked them for a little bit longer than 13 min, to get them a bit more cooked and crisp. Dipping sauce was very good and incredibly easy. Even my friends that don't normally eat at parties were throwing them down!

Not only were these easy to make, but they were the biggest hit at a party with a lot of great food. People kept trying to find more things to dip in the delicious sauce!

I cheated and used a brand name sausage already sage flavored-it was even easier! I halved the sauce like others suggested and I had plenty. The sauce is good though and can be used for other things.

I found these soggy. They did not crisp well in the oven and were rather mushy to it. The taste was OK but not worth making again.

This recipe was great. I didn't have to modify anything. The guest at my party devoured it. It's one recipe that will definitely stay in my file. I had to keep making more because my husband kept eating them while I was putting them on a serving platter.

This dish is such a winner. I made this for my Bunco club and it was the most requested recipe, especially for the balsalmic apricot dip.

I doubled the recipe and should have tripled it! I don't like spicy foods so I cut down a little on the dijon mustard and it was perfect...other reviews were helpful~I doubled the meat portion of the recipe and kept the sauce the same and it was proportional. Will make again for sure!

We entertain alot as do all our friends. This dish is always requested whenever we get together. Everyone loves it. Some just like the sausage balls and some like the sause, I love the combination. It is definately a crowd please here in the OC.

Yum! Rolling the balls takes a bit of time but they are great and so is the dipping sauce.
