Ingredients
- 2 bags mixed baby greens
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
Place 2 bags of mixed baby greens on buffet in a large salad bowl. Toss with white wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil when the guests are ready to eat, so greens do not wilt.
