    I never would have tried canned salmon, but watching RR prepare these pushed me to do it. EASY and very good. Had leftovers the next day and they were as good. I'm planning to make these part of my regular work day suppers.

    The only reason my fiance ate these was because he didnt want to insult me. Eventually I told him I thought they were gross and I wasnt eating them-- he agreed, we tossed them in the trash and ate salad and couscous for dinner. All's well that ends well-- and the couscous was delish, so we were fine :

    I made these for dinner last night and they were excellent. I do not like salmon, but my husband does so I split the recipe and made half of the cakes salmon and the other half tuna. We will definatley be adding this recipe to our frequently eaten meals.

    These salmon cakes are fabolous. Everyone was raving about them. I used a different sauce though. Tzatziki sauce with a little lemon and alot of chili powder is wonderful.

    What a great way to use leftover fish!!I really enjoyed these cakes. They were crispy and really flavorful. I served them on greens and roasted asparagus!! They were really easy and I am sure we will have them again.

    Followed this recipe to the letter. Saw such positive comments that I wanted to try for myself. This turned out mushy and runny. Won't make this again.
