I could get hooked on these!

I made the fries as directed, but used seasoned salt, and Emeril's Essence seasoning to season fries (my personal... preference). When the fries were done, the kids didn't want the malt vinegar, so I gave them their own portion. My husband and I then went to town with the malt vinegar on the remainder of the fries. Wow! I love Salt and Vinegar potato chips, so I knew I would love these fries. Tangy, salty, crunchy, sour and spicy..all in one bite. In addition, it is incredibly simple to prepare. A nice addition to any meal.Read more

    Yummy Fries

Its kind of neat to see that this recipe is being shown on air. I make it all the time at home when my husband and I are... grilling our steaks as a side dish. Although I usually use old bay seasoning on my fries instead of the cayenne pepper (and I don't need to add any salt because of the old bay!). And just on a personal taste thing, I like to add the vinegar prior to cooking it not afterwards so that the fries don't get wilted but still come out very flavorful and crispy.Read more
