I made the fries as directed, but used seasoned salt, and Emeril's Essence seasoning to season fries (my personal preference. When the fries were done, the kids didn't want the malt vinegar, so I gave them their own portion. My husband and I then went to town with the malt vinegar on the remainder of the fries. Wow! I love Salt and Vinegar potato chips, so I knew I would love these fries. Tangy, salty, crunchy, sour and spicy..all in one bite. In addition, it is incredibly simple to prepare. A nice addition to any meal.
