    Very tasty! I made a few modifications that I believe have had a positive impact. I used diced butternut squash and pureed 1/2 of it adding in the diced pieces to the "casserole." I also diced two granny smith apples and microwaved them for 2 minutes on high befire adding them to the mixture.

    Looking forward to trying this with fresh sage in place of the thyme.

    oh my goodness!!!!!! Or should I say "yum-o"
    Rachel outdid herself on this whole meal.
    It IS "Soothe Yourself" to the max!
