    Well, I like it. I dispensed with the chicken broth, so my version was less like soup (I don't like soup and it rocked. It's yummy if you pile some meat and veggies on the ciabatta bread too and eat it that way. This dish is hearty, savory, and gave me a good excuse to open a bottle of wine. Yum!
