I've made many of Rachel Ray's recipes and liked most of them but this was not a big hit. It looked good on the show but once I made it (used pork, I wasn't too thrilled with the taste/texture. I think I'd prefer a more spicy sausage; this was a bit too bland for me.

Combining pork and potato together really made the difference. I did add 1 clove garlic mashed as well as makimng up the night before so the flavors melded together.

I dont know if it is because I used ground chicken (which was suggested on the show or just because the recipe wasnt great, but this was just mediocre. Wouldnt make again.
