I admit I changed it a bit. I added tomato sauce because I like a saucier sandwich, and I didn't have jarred peppers so I left that out. But the cubanelles were a great addition which I've never tried before, and I loved it. I made the rolls just as directed, and thought it was brilliant. Really jazzed up the whole meal.

Used this recipe tonight for dinner and really enjoyed it! Boyfriend ate two, so I would say he enjoyed it also. :

Biggest plus: it took about 18 minutes from start to finish.

Not the best thing I've ever eaten but definitely serves it's purpose of being quick, easy and tasty.

Fantastic and simple. I had some poblano peppers left so I added these to the other peppers. It added some additional zip. When I put the sandwiches together, I toasted the buns with a garlic alioli and added provolone cheese. What greats tastes. Thanks again Rachel.

This is the perfect meal for those who like just a bit of kick to dinner. You can add more hot pepper juice if you really like it hot or not as as much as the recipe calls for, it's that simple. This was a big hit for the men in my family as well as the KIDS!

This recipe really took me back to those catholic festivals from my youth in Massachusetts. You really must gage use of the hot cherry peppers. I used 3 because I like it hot and one time I used 1 and it gave just a nice mellow heat to the sandwiches. This is comfort food!

This was so delicious. If I didn't get so filled up with one, I would have eaten a second one. Rachael, you are the best!
