    I absolutely loved this recipe and I'm not a big fan of sausage! The only thing I will do different next time is, at the end of cooking, I will cut the 2 inch pieces of sausage into thirds, as they were a little too large for the sub rolls I had. Really wonderful and complex taste! Thanks!

    Fixed a large batch for large crowd- It was gone
    like a flash-guest loved it- they ate it WITHOUT the hoagie bun.
