It was good and I did not add olive oil since the sausage is greasy already. I added spinach to the eggs.

Love the combination of the sausage, and
cheese with a dash of hot sauce.

This is the best scrambled eggs my husband and I have EVER eaten!! We make it for guests and family for breakfast when they stay the night, and we get nothing but raves about it.

Excellent easy breakfast...leftovers taste great also. I used 10 eggs instead of 8.
