    I made these mushrooms to serve alongside my roast chicken for New Year's Eve - delicious! Woody, flavorful, great side dish for diners who don't like to eat their veggies.

    It's true I'm the guy in America that doesn't care for mushrooms. But the way all came together here was wondeful.
