I love this recipe, I've made it several time since I saw the episode. The gravy is key - it is soooo delicious and really easy to make. I used black current jam and it made the sauce so rich and flavorful. I didn't make the chutney because the hubby doesn't care for rhubarb. I served the chops with roasted potatoes and haricot verts sauteed in shallots.

WOW! So delicious and easy to make. I used red raspberry preserves and chicken broth & everything went so well together. This is definitely one for the recipe box.

I made these pork chops without the chutney (because I did not have the ingredients for that part. Then I tweaked the gravy using gluten free flour, 1/2 chicken & 1/2 beef stock, and used jalapeno jam instead of the fruity jam.
The chops were super juicy and flavorful. I could not get enough of that rich gravy!! My husband loved the chops so much he could take or leave the gravy. I smothered my chop with that yummy gravy!

I used blackberry jam and chicken broth. The gravy was tasty but the just basic fried pork chops were just okay.

I used blackberry jam and this was wonderful! It was also incredibly easy to make! I didn't make the rhubarb chutney as this was a last minute decision and I didn't have any rhubarb at home. However, I served the pork with green beans and the gravy tasted fantastic on both. Great weeknight meal.

This reminded me a lot of the typical holiday cranberry sauce only the tartness of the rhubarb made me enjoy it's summer seasonality! Made this with a lemon pilaf for a deliciously fruity summer dinner! Will make again, no doubt!

I really liked this recipe! My dad loves rhubarb but I've never cooked with it before. This recipe was a fun way to incorporate the flavor of rhubarb into a familiar dish. We all enjoyed it. The only thing I did differently on the dish was to omit the sherry just because I rarely cook with it & forgot to pick some up at the grocery. We've mad the berry pan gravy several times since then and it's my secret ingredient!

I saw Rachael prepare this dish on her TV show. I hadn't seen pork chops prepared like this, so I thought this would be a different way for ME to cook them.
I made this recipe for my family last month (using chicken stock & strawberry preserves and minus the rhubarb chutney. There were no leftovers. So you know we all enjoyed it.
Thanks RR!

My husband and I both thought the pork and gravy was excellent. Neither of us are really gravy eaters, but this was most of a sauce anyway... I really liked the chutney, but the hubby didn't. We make a similar recipe that has rosemary in the sauce, and I might try putting a little fresh rosemary in the chutney if we make this again.

I didn't turn out as well as I expected. I didn't make the rhubarb chutney cause it wasn't in season. I made homemade applesauce. I used strawberry preserves for the pan gravy and I also added the strawberry preserves to the applesauce to tie in the flavors. I might try to fix it again. We'll see
