I substitute peaches for the rhubarb in the Chutney, but the results are still spectacular. My husband loves this recipe and I can come home after 8 or more hours at work and have dinner on the table within 45 minutes. Serve with an Asian (sweet & sour salad.

Made the pork chops last night and even my two boys, ages 12 and 13, loved them, and they are very fussy. Will definitely be making these again. It was so easy. Thanks Rachel.

Tonight my husband had a desire for pork chops, but not cooked using my normal method. So I found this one that only used ingredients that I already had at home and I whipped it up quickly. My husband and I both loved it! I'll definately be making this one again.

I have to admit, I have an issue with mixing fruits with meat. But this recipe looked good and I was in the mood for pork chops so I tried it. I didn't do the chutney, but used hot pepper berry preserves for the gravy. It came out awesome with a nice kick from the hot pepper.
Unfortunately my hubby wasn't impressed just because he doesn't like pork...I'll get him one day!

I made these chops for my husband and brother and I will never make chops any other way. Couldn't find rhubarb anywhere (out of season? so didn't try the Chutney. Will try again as rhubarb is my husband's favorite!

I made a variation of the chutney and served it with almond-crusted chicken cutlets. I left out the balsamic vinegar and instead added some raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing. I also added diced apples to the chutney. This went great with chicken and would also be great with pork chops.

My wife and I are temporarily away from home so not a lot of the usual kitchen goods, but with regular vinegar and some malibu rum (pineapple the chutney was awesome. For the pork gravy we didn't have flour or sherry, so a little country gravy mix and some Chardonnay! It was a great cooking experience even though we aren't at home.

The sauce on this is as awesome as everyone else says it is and the chutney has the right amount of tart to balance it out. Don't skimp on the chutney, either! It's going to go so well on my toast in the morning! Thanks, Rachel!
