The pork is nice, but this sherry berry gravy will top any meat/fish dish. The rhubarb works well with the meal, or is a delightful addition to other meals - especially something spicy for contrast.

My family and I really enjoyed the pork with sauce. My toddler loved the compote! I use frozen rhubarb.

I made this with sugar free raspberry preserve but didn't make the chutney. I served it with green beans and a cauliflower mashed potato scam. Just loved the sauce.

I did not make the Chutney, but I did make the Pork Chops with Gravy. I made some red potatos to go with it. The gravy was so amazing I even put it on the potatos. So good! I am always looking for another way to serve pork chops and this was definitely a winner. My five year old daughter took one bite and said "Mommy this dinner is really yummy"! Yeah!

The recipe is very easy to make and the taste is exquisite. I could not find rhubarb, so I substituted chopped pineapple while making the chutney -- was fantastic. I eliminated the sherry and simply used extra chicken broth in its place. The recipe turned out fantastic, and will definitely be a regular in my household. Rachael, kudos for making my day.
