I did not have high expectations on this recipe, I am not fond of savory dishes with fruits in them but this is really good.
I did loved the honey on it!
This is something I would make again, definitely something for lazy sunday mornings with my honey.

I've made this twice for brunch. The first time I made the sausage; the second time I bought sausage (timing issue and just made the french toast. But both times it was a big hit! The cheesy bread with the spice of the sausage and the sweetness of the honey and strawberries - yum!

I really don't like the way you have everything together. I just wanted to make the sausage and you have to take the time to set there and seperate it all. I do love your cooking, but your recipes are a pain sometimes.

Had to watch the show to know what was up on first read. Why were the recipes bunched together is a good question?

Great any time meal. I crack some more black pepper over the honey when it's not breakfast -- and nutmeg when it is breakfast/brunch.

This was the best french toast I've had! Easy and fun to make, and a different spin on regular french toast.

We found the sausage to be very dry so I added EVOO to the mix. Added more salt and pepper, onion and garlic. Way better than the original recipe. I'm making the French Toast tomorrow and allowing the sausage mix to sit over night in the fridge.
