    Inedible. Horrible. Disastrous. Icky.

Tried Swiss Chard for the first time and it is now my favorite green. Very simple easy recipe. I realized I didn't have Worcestershire sauce and copied the the last reviewer and used soy sauce. I added a dash of Splenda to suit my taste, but without a doubt, Rachel's Savory Swiss Chard is a keeper.

rachael i did your savory swiss chard , except i had to modify ingredients i didnt have , so instead of Worcestershire sause i used a splash of low sodium soy sauce, and instead of chicken broth i used water. and it turned out awesome. I love the flavor that nutmeg gave it. I also browned garlic in the oil first and then took them out. I never at swiss chard until today and i love it one ive been on a healthy diet before my mom passed this may and i have been able to lose 20 lbs.
so im using your recipes but just little modifications due to all the spices i have in my cabinets. and i also looked up swiss chard and its full of vitamens that us as women need in our bodies and which happens kelp which we lack. I give this receipe a thumbs up.
    I love all your receipes.

I figured this would be bitter-but the nutmeg and the worcestershire and chicken broth made it so good. Thanks Rachel, every thing you cook is good.

I like the flavor of swiss chard, however, the smoky paprika kind of overwhelmed the dish and kind of gave it a bit of a muttled flavor so I will probably leave that out next time. Otherwise tasty.

This is a great method for cooking chard, but I didn't like the nutmeg in combination with the smoked sweet paprika and Worcestershire. I'll choose a different recipe for next time.

Top notch! You MUST use smoked paprika--it makes this recipe.
