The whole family LOVED this one. My veggie hating husband and my 2 and 4 year olds gobbled this down and raved about it. It's a definitely a keeper!

I made the chicken exactly as the recipe said except the bacon cause I do not like bacon. It was wonderful even without the bacon. My husband and our neighbors (whom I invited to dinner loved it too.

The cumin and nutmeg work well together in this dish. I had to use a chicken boullion because I didn't have any stock, it made it a little too salty. But it was still delicious and I am looking forward to making it again. The family liked it alot too.

What a great side dish to get your veggies in! My 8 year old won't touch spinach or leafy veggie, other then lettuce for a salad, she absolutelyloves this and asks for it every night! Its a reall Keeper! Thanks Rachel!

My husband will never eat green vegtables and turns his nose up every time. I put this on his plate and told him to taste it. He ate every bit and said this is the only way he would ever eat swiss chard. That is huge!
