    I was lucky to come across some giant scallops that were absolutely delisicous! On the platter the dish displayed well too, the red bacon and green scallions made it look very festive, people who claimed to not be a fan of the scallop were coming back for seconds. Easy to prepare, took no time at all, and they were gone in no time too!

    Fwweeewwww!!! These were so so good! Tasty and just thinking about how it tasted when I made them make my mouth water (again!. My husband really loved them. Goes well with smashed cheesy potatoes!
