    We have made this twice for company already. It comes together so quickly and makes a really nice presentation. Everyone has asked for the recipe. We will make this again and again!

    The sea scallops and vermouth were delicious...Served them as the entree and will make over and over again..I think those that did not rate this well must not like vermouth or artichokes.

    The blend of vermouth, capers, and artichoke hearts overpowered the scallops and gave it a pickled taste. Could I get my $40 for 4 lbs of scallops refunded? They were inedible.

    We think this recipe is AWSOME!! The combination of the artichoke and capers brings the flavor of the scallops to a new level! We will be enjoying this one many, many, many more times! My hat is off to you Rachel!
