This recipe is absolutely the best. Take it all the picnics I go to and everyone raves. So easy to make - but you'll want to make a double recipe! Yummy!

This is so quick and easy to make, and tastes so good that I have gotten requests from people over and over to make "my" ; tarragon sea shell pasta.
    Love it!
