This recipe is absolutely the best. Take it all the picnics I go to and everyone raves. So easy to make - but you'll want to make a double recipe! Yummy!

Delish and easy, easy, easy. Rachel is the best...I have never been anything short of delighted by her recipes. And anything homemade, tasty and quick is the way to go in our house!

This is so quick and easy to make, and tastes so good that I have gotten requests from people over and over to make "my" ; tarragon sea shell pasta.
    Love it!

We made it a meal by adding some shrimp and some old bay seasoning--very good.

For the most part I'm quite dubious of "pasta salads," this one, however, was excellent. It was the perfect match with my smoked salmon.

This is a really tastey dish and even great left over the next day adding a little crab meat or chicken. Also a light side bursting with heavy flavor!
    Love this dish!

I was looking for a simple pasta salad to take on a picnic. The amount this made was just right. I added a can of crab meat, since I wanted a main course salad. I also mixed nonfat yogurt with the mayonnaise. It had a delicate flavor from the tarragon, and the green onions and peas added a pleasant crunch. This was a very good salad.

One of my all time favorite Rachael recipes! Its easy to leave out parts that people don't enjoy without ruining the flavor (i.e. the red pepper. I love to prepare the red pepper, mayo, and fresh ground pepper ahead of time to let the flavors combine.

This recipe was quick, easy and flavorful. I used dried taragon and a bit more mayo than called for, but it turned out great. Kids and hubby loved it and it was perfect for our picnic!!
