It needs something, the sauce was too thin, I added parmesan when serving which perked the flavor up some, added more pepper flakes, that helped. Just not a winner for us.

I made the sauce to cover lobster raviolli that I bought in the dairy department. It is truly a winner, shared some with a friend and she said, "this is absolutely delicious"!

My husband and I loved this dish. My husband is not a seafood lover so instead of using lobster pieces I added chicken. This was also a fast and easy recipe to make. I would give this dish a 10!

With a can of crushed tomatoes, some seafood, and using what you already have in your pantry, you can make a real winner very quickly! I made this tonight for my Mom that was visiting. She said it felt gourmet and as if we were at an authentic Italian restaurant. Stop looking, this one is it.

Great dish, made it for a quick special night with my bf and he pretty much licked up the plate. It's great because you don't have to slave in the kitchen!

I made this dish for a MaryKay party I was hosting, not only was it delicious it was so easy and quick, 10 minutes max. I have been asked to make it again for a birthday bash, I can't wait to wow the guest.

Rachel has yet to fail me on a recipe that tastes like you spent hours making it but in fact always very simple to make. I substitued prawns and scallops instead of lobster and it was great.

I am always hearing the chefs talk about layers of flavors and I have finally found it. I made this with chicken, it was OK but would probably not use any meat next time. I omitted the sherry too. The lemon was wonderful and the kick from the crushed red pepper really showed me "layers of flavor".
