My husband doesn't like seafood, but loved this. We would serve this to company anytime...we added a lot more wasabi as we love the "bite".
    Thanks Rachael...another good one.

Eh, the spicing was incredibly over-powering. I guess I would describe it as too salty? I could barely taste the fish at all. The salad dressing was great, though! I used half of the EVOO and a little more wasabi. So, I just ended up using the little bits of salad with a tiny piece of fish to make messy hand-rolls (No one was around to see me, so I was okay with that. I will definitely be using the dressing again but seasoning the fish with salt and pepper only. I think the veggies, fish, and dressing would make a great wrap with your favorite flatbread.

Five spice was terrible, used less than recipe required and was still over powering. Ruined two pieces of 30$ Tuna, last time I will ever do a Rachael Ray Recipe!!!!

I had to change it up a bit because they didn't have wasabi paste at the store, so I used dijon instead. The tuna was excellent. I was afraid that the amount of seasoning was going to overwhelm the fish, but it was perfect. Definitely will be making this again.

Wonderful - I had a Seared Tuna with Mixed Green Salad and Wasabi dressing at Cheesecake factory yesterday, and I googled it and this recipe showed up - OMG - it tasted just as good if not better than the Cheesecake Factory - so I will definitely use this recipe time and time again. Thank you Rachael Ray you Rock!

Very easy and delicious! The dressing made the dish, but I added a little brown sugar to give it a bit of sweetness. Also, I seared the tuna (maybe 2 minutes per side because we prefer it rare. My husband loved it and we'll be doing it again.

I absolutely love this simple and easy recipe. I just use season salt and add some sesame seeds to the tuna for a nice crust. The dressing is what makes this recipe a hit, so tasty! And it's always a plus when you can make something delicious and healthy!

This recipe was amazingly good. The dressing was so good that I am keeping on hand in my own bottle for salads anytime. I added chopped peanuts , avocado and cilantro as a garnish. It was a huge hit with my husband too. This has been added to my once a month rotation.

I just made this for dinner tonight, with a few adjustments, and thought it was delicious!
First off, I recommend to always taste something like five spice powder before you use it - there can be a huge difference between different brands. Mine has a heavier anise flavor, so I knew I'd want to cut back on it.
I admit, I didn't measure, but I just mixed some montreal seasoning in a bowl with a little five spice powder and also added both white and black sesame seeds to it, then coated both sides of my tuna steaks with the mixture while the cast iron griddle heated on my stove and gave it a good sear on each side.
For the dressing, I was tripling the recipe for 3 servings - instead of 6 Tbs EVOO, I used 4 - 2 EVOO and 2 Sesame Oil - I also pretty much doubled the wasabi and added a little grated ginger (I buy it in a jar at the asian market. Next time I may just make 2 tuna steaks and split them between the 3 salads.
    Delicious :
