The 5 spice and steak seasoning were quite overpowering. We like the taste of the tuna and you couldn't taste it over the spices. I tried the recipe again using a small amount of cracked pepper and salt to season the tuna. I also added honey to the dressing for a little sweetness. With these minor adjustments, it was the best ahi tuna we have ever eaten.

Love this recipe! The tastes melt together unbeleivable well. Multiply the ingredients and this dish can be used for a small dinner party that you will "wow" your guests.

This is a must try recipe. It was so easy to prepare and far exceeded our expectations in taste. It even looked great when presented. Way to go Rachel!

There is something about that dressing- and you can't go wrong with seared tuna! I even went overboard with the salt and it was still good.

Great Meal. However, next time I make this, I will cut down on the 5-spice, and use more seasoning. Also added snap peas and chopped red onions to the bed of greens. Fantastic wasabi dressing!!!!!!!!

I love seared tuna. This is the best recipe I've made myself by far!
