I love Rachael's recipes and this one did not disappoint. It was so easy and yummy. I will continue to make this for me and my husband.

I only made the wasabi dressing, which was great. I used it on salad greens, but I also used it to baste on some seared salmon after it came out of the pan. Very tasty. I followed the directions, but next time will add a little more wasabi paste.

Fortunately, I've got all the spices in this recipe at home, since I'm Japanese. I know Wasabi and Soy sauce go perfectly well with raw fish such as Tuna, but I didn't know this sauce would go well with fresh greens as dressing too. This was my new discovery. Thanks Racheal!

I tried this tuna, which was very expensive to begin with. I used the 5 spice and the grill seasoning, and it completely overpowered the tuna, where all I tasted was the spice. Also, the directions say rice vinegar or rice vinegar? I was confused, is it supposed to be rice vinegar? I don't know. As usual, another loser.

I doubled this recipe for dinner with my sweetie, but it ended up being dinner for one, since he wouldn't eat it. The grill seasoning completely polluted the tuna steak and the five spice was a little overwhelming, but I had to eat it or my sweetie would have had a field day making fun of me. I think maybe next time, I'll try one of the other chef's recipes for seasoning a tuna steak.

Becareful with the salt since the salad dressing has soysauce. Other than that it is a very impressive dish.

This is wonderful. I suggest cooking the tuna for only one minute per side. We've had this several times and it's sooo good!
