This was tasty but i had to throw the first batch of chicken away because it burned so easily. You should lower the heat to medium only and really coat the pan with oil. The maple syrup and sesame seeds cause the chicken to burn too quickly on the outside without cooking on the inside. I think just sprinkling the chicken with sesame seeds is enough; coating it is just too much. The dressing was very delicious.

I was looking for healthy meal ideas and for the most part Rachael has yet to let me down. My husband's reaction was priceless when he first tried this and put it among one of his favorites up with ancho chicken soft tacos which is quite something. I have 18mth old twins and rather than serving them salad as it can be a challenge still with the leafy greens I made some rice and used the dressing on there along with some chicken, lets just say there wasn't a lot left. Thank you.

I love having main course salads (especially since I am trying to lose my baby weight!. This is one of my favorites. I love the flavor of the chicken and the dressing. This is also a recipe I use when I am having people over for a light summer meal.

I tried this recipe last night!! WOW!! What delicious flavor!! Rach..YOU ROCK!!
Of course, like most cooks..I improvised..didn't have the duck sauce or apricot preserves, so I used orange marmalade mixed with a little soy sauce in the dressing.
This was so good! I can't wait to make it for company and share the yum!

The best chicken sesame dish EVER.

I had to substitute honey and dijon mustard, and still --- FABULOUS!!

I sauteed the chicken sans seeds, then patted the seeds on and fried briefly to toast the seeds.
This is a must for toasted flavor!

    Made a salad w/cilantro....sublime!

My family LOVED this meal! It was so tasty and didn't leave you feeling too full. Very satisfying; I will definetly make this again. My only issue was that some of the sesame seeds feel off during cooking but the marinade is so good that it didn't really matter. Highly recommended!

This recipe was simple and delicious. I added a splash of sesame oil to the marinade, not that it needed it, because I love the flavor.

This is a really tasty and healthy dish. And the salad that you make with it is satisfying enough so you don't need to make anything else with it.

This is a great recipe and is now a family favorite. Rachel made it easy to follow and I've found even more shortcuts by buying a premade dressing I like and pre-packaged salad with wontons, etc. Great idea. This is better than any Chinese Chicken Salad I've had in any resturaunt.
