    Shut up! This is so good! So simple! And needs nothing. I read other reviews and considered adding veggies, but didn't, and it is perfect! Maybe a second time I might add something, but it really doesn't need it. Served cold or warm, perfect! (and I don't make a lot of rachel ray's things but thought I'd give it a shot-like it!!

    I also added a little brown sugar to balance the saltiness. Also used as a base for added veggies like carrots and cukes. Great with sesame marinated tofu baked and added on top. Kids loved it!

    I really, really love these noodles - they're a perfect foil for so many entrées, especially Asian-inspired ones. I make a mean marinated and grilled flank steak, and I love serving this noodles with it. I usually add a lot more sesame seeds because I love the textural difference between them and the soft noodles; I also love to use black sesame seeds as well as regular, they have a deeper flavor because they're roasted. As other readers have mentioned, it's also nice to throw in some extra veggies, like red peppers, additional scallions, etc.

    I loved this recipe, I used whole wheat thin spaghetti pasta. I added about a teaspoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of cider vinegar and about 1/2 teaspoon of sugar because it was too salty for me at first. It does get better and the salty taste lessens as it sits, so I would wait next time before I doctor it up. Good leftover too!

    Very good & very easy. I made it without the scallions & half as much vegetable oil & it turned out wonderfully.

    This recipe is so easy & tasty, a crowd pleaser!

    Substitution note - I ran out of soy sauce today & used 1/2 terriyaki sauce as a substitute, was not as good as when i've made in the past with soy sauce AT ALL - terriyaki sauce is not an adequate substitute! worth it to go to the store ;

    This is a great side dish for the tuna but I like having a bit more of a kick so I add in some red pepper flakes. We also like having leftovers of this (great to reheat for lunch so I triple the recipe for the sauce and use the whole box of spaghetti.

    I really liked this dish. It is very easy to put together and it was delicious. I do feel the the sauce was too think & it was not spicy enough for me. After reviewing other noodle recipes, I added a little more Sesame Oil. I, also, added some hot red pepper flakes and minced garlic. I saw on other recipes, they add cider or rice wine vinegar. I'll try that next time. With the few modifications for "my" particular taste, it is a delicious & easy recipe. Thanks Rach!
