I didn't have sesame seeds so I used cashews; I added white onion, served it over whole grain rice with scallions with plenty of sauce - a great Asian inspired meal for vegetarians!

Yeah they are OK, just basic stir fry really. I think next time I will add some other veggies and maybe some Sriachi to spice it up. Easy, quick, simple, and good. Needs some tweeks.

I first made this recipe with sugar snap peas. Both ways are excellent!

I was looking for something to do with green beans other than steaming, putting salt and pepper and a little butter on them. I actually added onions which I think made the dish even better. My kids devoured them and even commented on how delicious they were ( I believe a first. This dish reminds me of the hibachi style veggies especially the onions. I bet you could add mushrooms as well. Next time I am going to make rice or some kind of starch to put the veggies on top of to soak up the soy sauce. I am positive it will make this dish super!!!! Try it I bet you will love it too!

These were probably the BEST GREEN BEAN I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! Seriously! My entire family just kept picking at them even after dinner was over.

These are going to definitely be a regular in my house.

    Thanks, Rachael, loved them!
