sorry, rachel, but this sucked. I feel terrible for my poor wife who is an excellent cook. This was awful, and she tried so hard. I will be cooking dinner tomorrow night, and I plan to use one of Giada's recipes. They are so easy to follow and every recipe of Giada's results in a simply oustanding meal.

At the subtle hint of my wife, I did this one for Valentine's day. It turned out awesome, and the sauce was great! Plus, now I'm totally hooked on scallops! Oh, and the asparagus with the lemon juice was top notch! Thanks!

I made this for my valentine (of 22 years and we both were almost licking the plate. He could not believe I made it that fast. The sauce is AMAZING and would taste good on almost anything. Trust Rachael and cook the steaks and scallops exactly as she says. This dish is a gourmet restaurant knock-off.. I think I have started a Valentine tradition. Rachael Rocks!!!!

This recipe rocks (add me to the fishy smelling "idiots" who couldn't possibly make this BRAND NEW meal this quickly - duh, it was in her magazine!!!! Great one, RR!

This Recipe was absolutely fantastic. I have made many of Rachels recipes and I also have her cook books and she is just great. As for the twit who gave this recipe one star...and didn't think it was possible to make this the same day as the show, get a hobby. Why are you wasting your time making people feel bad?Love ya Rach rock on

We watched this in the morning and prepared it this evening. My husband and I made it together in 30 mins exactly. But, who cares. I would have loved it if it took 60 mins. Try this one.

I found the recipe in her magazine last week and made it for my husband several nights later. We both loved it. Glad to see her make it on tv to get some extra pointers.

Wow, I thought this was a brand new episode. I'm so suprised to see that people somehow had these fresh indgredients on hand and made it right along with Rachael and then reviewed it as soon as the show was over. Wow, good for them. But,hmmm, something smells fishy here!

This was an amazing meal! The flavors were great together and I never would have thought of putting together oranges and red onions but it was delicious!
